Cheryl Shippey has been a close friend and a member of the Braselton Rotary Club for many years. Her influence on the Club and Community will have an ongoing impact.
Cheryl was a Certified Fund Raising Executive and in her ninth year as a Major Gifts Officer for the Northeast Georgia Health System Foundation where she led philanthropic strategy for Emergency & Trauma services as well as the southern market. She served nonprofit organizations for over two decades with a commitment to children and health-related causes. She passed into the loving light of her eternal home at the age of 63 on March 1, 2023, in Gainesville, GA.
