The American Dream

We are not born with a right to the American Dream, we rather are born only with the right to pursue it.  It is also not a static place that one gets to.  It has to be earned with hard work and sacrifice and continuously guarded, lest it gets away from us.  Do not let anyone tell you that the American Dream is dead, we might have lost our way a bit and unwilling to pay the full price for it, it is always been there for the taking.  My story is simple, I came to America at age thirteen and since have come to own the entire arc of the American experience and I would like to share it with you.
