Celebrating the holiday season
What is having a 'Merry Christmas'?
Well, it could mean milling around socializing with your colleagues, helped along with a bit of libation. At the same time attempting to talk over the din all around you, and of course laughing a lot. That's what we did on Monday Dec. 18th, at the Royal Coachman, for our Merry Christmas event.
Then, having a sumptuous meal, followed by the biggest piece of 'Carrot Cake'. (You might even call it a towering piece)
Let's not forget trying to guess, simply by feel, the contents of four wrapped Christmas gifts. (Some of the items felt pretty suspicious and 'UG')
After all that, it was the announcement of who was the most accurate at guessing what was in the gift boxes.
The best guessers???... FIRST PLACE - Margot Rae - Second - Natalia Wellenreiter - Third - Tie between Michelle and Dan Lefebvre. The 'Nice Try' award went to Doris Woodleigh.
So, if that gathering wasn't having a Merry Christmas, then ???
