Dr. Brandon Crooms, an Assistant Professor in Business Administration Sports Management at Trinity University, explores the intersection of Christian faith and Black athletes' identity. A global leader, he hosts virtual summits for leaders in athletics worldwide and mentors youth in Cape Town, South Africa.

As CEO of Crooms Collective LLC., he spearheads athlete development, and youth mentorship programs, and provides a blend of educational and empowerment sessions for diverse groups. Through his BPowered Student-Athlete Development program, he empowers Trinity University's Men's basketball team for holistic identity and personal development. Additionally, as Executive Producer of Child Inc.'s The Dad Show ATX, he advocates for fatherhood. 

He has been recognized as an emerging community leader in the city as a member of the 2024 San Antonio Business Journal 40 under 40.  Dr. Crooms epitomizes dedication to sports, education, and community empowerment, impacting lives locally and globally.
