Board meeting set to follow our weekly meeting tomorrow
Last Week's Meeting
We had the pleasure of joining members from our neighbor clubs of Westchase and West University Area Rotary clubs. To welcome Dr. Tom Kelchner, our 112th District Governor.
Dr. Kelchner imparted this year's vision for the district to “Unite for Good”, by stepping up our engagement. Several members of his team joined us:
Melanie Dubendorff, who spoke about Operation Turkey (Our Very Own Larry Blair, leads the Houston Midtown Location Operation)
Rick Brady, sharing details on Membership Olympics. (Dr. Kelchner's Goal of “Net One” Membership Goal for Every Club)
Wayne Beaumier, who updated us on Hill Country Relief Efforts (Deployment of District & Club Raised Funds)
Our very own Cindy Murphy, Kathryn Kennedy, and Cheryl Bressler, presented this year's nursing scholarships.
