Saturday morning at 5 AM Dick Stabell & his friend John D set out with a truck & trailer full of desks, chairs and scrubs and at the same time Olga and I started our drive with another truck & trailer load, we arrived in Brownsville around 11: 30 am downloaded had lunch and started back to Houston, everything went well and thanks to this club project 4 more classrooms will have desks and chairs total desks delivered 108 and 300 chairs, the desks are perfect for primary school because they have adjustable legs so that height can be adjusted to accomodate students. We also delivered over 2,000 dry scrubs which will be donated to an old peoples home and local hospitals. I specially want to thank my compadre Dick Stabell for always helping me pick up donated stuff all around and for making the 16 hour trips to the border to help deliver them.
