We opened the first meeting of 2014 with Joe leading us in singing Auld Lang Syne. This was the first Club Assembly of the year. Image

Caron introduced her guests Wanda Hedrick and Kim Bonino.  Jerry and Karen introduced their granddaughters who are both Paul Harris Fellows at their young age. Pete Walker was the lucky drawing winner but no ace of spades.

Joann announced that book buddies is next Thursday (Jan 9) right after the meeting (2:00-2:50pm).  This will be repeated each two weeks for the rest of the school year.  Let her know if you, your spouse or a friend plan to participate.  (The number of students participating will vary each week depending on who can attend.)  Let's get a big turnout for this service event.

Karen announced again about the Kings game Jan 12 that will benefit Polio Plus.  Also, let Karen know if you (and a guest) wish to go to the March 30th dinner with RI President Ron Burton.  See agenda slides.

For the last 45 minutes of the meeting we broke into working groups to address each of the areas in arriving at a 3-year Vision for the club. See slide link below. The 3-Year Vision will be presented to the club in the near future.
