Per our Foundation Bylaws, this will be a short meeting with the following purpose:
- To report the Foundation officers for the upcoming year
- To report the continuing Trustees for the upcoming year + new officers
- To elect two new Trustees for the July 2017-June 2020 three year period.
- To conduct any other business as might be brought before the assembly.
