Our club is seeking nominations for adults who provide "service above self" (above and beyond their everyday job requirements) for an an award in one of the following 6 categories: Non-profit, Healthcare, Business, Community, Arts and Culture, and Education. If you know of someone who deserves an award for all their selfless good works, please fill out the attached Nomination form and email it to Ro Molyneux, RMolyneux@cbfymca.org, before January 20th. The more detail you can provide about why the nominee should win, the more likely it is that the nominee will be considered.
