11. Introduction of Guest
Speaker: Tom Schulz- Bjorn Christensen, Director, Environmental Health for the Region
of Niagara. In his position he oversees public health programming that includes
environmental health hazard investigation, food safety, West Nile virus
contingency response program, water quality.
12: Speaker: Bjorn Christensen
spoke at length about safety issues for Niagara, guidelines for food
handling, insect controls, and establishment of programs to warn the region of
possible future endemics
