A Rotarian since 1986, Phil is a member of Valle Verde Rotary Club. He was President of Rotary Club of Tucson in 1994, District 5500 governor 1999-2000, and has served as Rotary International Director, Zones 25-26, 2008-2010. He is a past member to Tucson Sunrise Rotary. Currently Phil is the 2017-2017 Chair of the Cadre Technical Coordinators for Rotary International.  Welcome back Phil... and thank you for your service to humanity though Rotary.
