Our Youngest Rotarian Sarah Bradshaw (second from the left) was sponsored by the club to attend!
What a treat it was to hear and see Sarah Bradshaw's presentation on her experience at the RYLA, the Rotary Youth Leadership event in June, 2017 . The event took place in Fredonia, NY. Sarah's power point presentation took us through an exciting week of day by day activities.
Sarah was on the team which planned the RYLA dinner which Sue Foster Lincoln Club President and Margaret Andrewes Assistant Governor District 7090 attended to support Sarah with her RYLA experience.

The team came up with a very creative place mat design.

Her personal learnings were:
1. Don't just leave your life on cruise control, go after it.
2. Commitment first, answers second.
3. Facilitating conscensus
4. Be yellow
5. Warm and Fuzzies: Other participants and leaders wrote notes about why the participant is awesome. Sarah pulls out her unread notes when she needs encouragement. She shared two random notes with us.

Thank you Sarah, for an excellent presentation, and for your warmth and enthusiasm. We are indeed fortunate to have you as a member of Lincoln Rotary. You are AWESOME indeed.
