Over the years, ‘hands-on’ service projects have always been a highlight of our conferences. To carry on this great tradition in the virtual context, Governor Frank offers his Little Lending Libraries (LLL) Challenge. This opens the opportunity for each Rotary Club in District 7090 to organize its own ‘hands-on’ project in keeping with Rotary’s Basic Education & Literacy area of focus.
