Some of you know him as "Councillor Foster", but to us, he's Rob! 
His fondest Rotary memories were early morning discussions with Adrie de Laat (who always gave great advice and unfortunately passed away too early) about politics and the problems of the world.
He joined Rotary over 20 years ago when Rotarian Walter Mittler invited him to participate and he's been our Foundation chair, past president (2011), and a Paul Harris award winner!
