Ride for Wellspring Niagara

Frank Adamson gave a synopsis of a peleton that he took part in from Toronto to Miami to raise funds for Wellspring Niagara Cancer Support services.
- Wellspring Niagara are building a new home, 10,000 square feet in Fonthill
- 2 acres of land were donated by the town of Pelham
- Larry Boggio a pharmacist and pharmacy owner in Niagara wanted to come up with a fundraiser to help build the new building
- Larry an avid bicyclist and fellow participant in the Toronto-Miami Peleton enlisted Frank to help organize a 7 day ride around Lake Ontario modelled after the peleton they had participated in
- Frank is challenging 14 Rotary clubs in the area to each provide a cyclist and help raise $10,000 per rider, they are not expecting clubs to donate directly but rather to participate in this 7 day ride
- also opportunities to participate in a one day ride out or back with the cyclist participating in the ride
- ride to take place July16-22, 2017
- A room or area will be named as a Rotary space at the new Wellspring build
