IMPORTANT AGENDA ITEM FOR DECISION
In March, Perry Hartwork, CEO of the Niagara Global Geopark initiative made a presentation to the Club on their effort to get UNESCO certification. Over the summer we received a funding request which was considered by the Board. It was agreed to present to the Club, and I made a brief presentation at the meeting on September 8th. Athough those in attendance were in favour, we did not have a quorum for a member vote. The proposal was circulated by email last week for members to review in preparation for further consideration at our meeting tomorrow.
If you are unable to attend on September 22, please grant a proxy to myself or a Board member to vote on your behalf.
