2026 Pathways to Opportunity Co-operative Education Employee Recognition Award
Siva Sivipalan has served the Lincoln community for more than 14 years most recently as pharmacy manger at the independently owned Beamsville's Community Pharmacy. Siva and his team subscribe to the tagline “Community First”
A hallmark of their commitment to putting the health and well-being of the community at the centre of everything they do is their extraordinary support for the West Niagara Secondary School Cooperative Education program. Siva never says no to a co-op opportunity, especially the Specialized High Skills Major Health and Wellness students. Following their placement, co-op students are routinely hired and mentored for post secondary pathways and career opportunities.
The award was presented by RCL President Maria Derkacz and WNSS Principal Janice Sargeant, at the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Achievement Awards Gala held on September 17, 2026
