First presentation of the Rotary Club of Lincoln’s Eco-Series and boy was it a good one!!! Bruce Mackenzie took us all the way from the Galt Moraine to the outer tip of Grimsby. It was a fascinating journey highlighting the incredible complexities of our watershed systems. It was simply mind boggling at the intricacies of life found in our wetlands, swamps, bogs, marshes, fens, vernal pools and ‘disturbed wetlands’. More than ever, we need to preserve these spaces and value all they have to offer.

Stay tuned for the next in the series on February 14th The Fleming Centre Beamsville Dirt to Devils: Soil Stewardship & Invasive Species. All are welcome for a free and informative evening discovering all the things around us and how we can preserve and coexist.
