Come Thursday October 21 (7 pm to 9 pm) – to a Virtual Event.
- Interactive; designed so you can meet other Rotarians from other clubs
- Learn interesting ways clubs are pursuing the five avenues of service
- Hear greetings from Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta
- Showcase your favourite drink and appetizer to fellow Rotarians in advance by registering it at this link - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7090sipsapps
- Be featured in our Rotary Family Best Loved Sips and Apps that evening
Friday October 22 (mid-afternoon onward) - Service and Social.
On Service:
- As many clubs as possible are encouraged to conduct a service project
- Make it more about giving time than giving money
- Work with your neighbouring clubs to increase impact by working together
- If Friday afternoon does not work, consider a Saturday morning project (if most of your members are not coming to the in-person portion of the conference)
- Ask your Assistant Governor what is planned or offer to help coordinate
On Social:
- In the Oct 22 evening, we hope there are 18+ District Conference Socials
- Book a patio or pub; a backyard or host a tailgate - whatever works
- Invite Rotarians from all the clubs in your area to gather together

Saturday October 23 - Conference in Hamilton Ontario

10:15 am | Break |
10:30 am | Breakout Sessions focused on New Area of Focus - Environment as well as Sessions to strengthen & advance your club |
11:45 am | Move from Breakouts to Sit Down Luncheon |

Cost for Saturday’s in-person conference is $100 Canadian – includes sit down lunch & excellent conference facilities. Rotaractors can attend in person for $25 registration
All COVID Protocols will be strictly observed and in place – including vaccination proof to enter Conference Facilities.
There will be a streaming option made available for the 12:00 to 1:30 portion of the conference. Registration of $20 to help offset AV costs associated with this offering.
