On May 17 the Lincoln Rotary made a special presentation to their first international Paul Harris recipient Lorraine Yoko. Lorraine is the Chair of the Khazimula Children's Project Board of Directors. Lorraine exemplifies our motto "Service Above Self" in what she does to make sure the vulnerable children living at Khazimula https://www.facebook.com/khazimulachildrensproject have the resources they need to heal from their traumas and feel loved and wanted. Our club supports this initiative with a yearly contribution.
Lorraine was humbled and very excited to be awarded this Paul Harris. So much so that she made a stop here in Lincoln on her way home to South Africa to accept it!
