
On December 11th, Neil Rogers owner of Rogers Marketing, addressed the Rotary Club of Nashua regarding Rogers Marketing, the Positive Activity Process, PASE (Parents Assisting Special Educators) and PASE after 21. A quick introduction, for over three decades Neil built a successful career in sales and marketing. He has worked with clients in a wide range of verticals, including pharmaceutical, biomedical, manufacturing, logistics, financial services and government defense contractors
He is the owner of Rogers Marketing, his wife is the President. Their firm has won several awards. Neil and his wife, Lori, have creators/owners of the Positive Activity Process. They have used proven activities to increase the quality of life and business through creativity, optimism and positivity.
They also started two non-profits, PASE (Parents Assisting Special Educators) and PASE after 21 for special need adults.
Neil was here to discuss his first published book, “Bar Tips”, drawing on the lessons he learned as a bartender, that he applied to his successful sales career. He began the writing process during Covid. Neil has always been in the hospitality industry. He started as a bartender in the Boston area.
Some of his lessons from school, show up, take notes and participate. He also believes in the common-sense belief of the Golden Rule. From his experience, let the customer talk, actively listen, use time management, be on time. “Do small things greatly.”
