On December 21st, the Rotary Club of Nashua and Rotary Club of Nashua West held a joint meeting to support “End 64 Hours of Hunger”. We formed a line and placed food in 173 food baskets for Nashua public school students during the Holiday vacation. Both clubs split the cost ~$4K.

In total the “End 64 Hours of Hunger” organization donates about $80-$90K/school year. They don’t know who the kids are. Teachers hand out bags (one per child – not one per family). Each bag is usually $10-$12/each. Schools are seeing the difference.

Announcement: End 64 Hours of Hunger is seeking a new space; heated and lit; all donated ~500 sq. feet.
