On October 23rd, John Flatley, addressed the Rotary Club of Nashua, regarding his land development project on Exit 1, a 400 acre land development called Gateway Hills. This development has a Nashua Office park, a Nashua Technology Park and a residential portion. John discussed the challenges of creating a development that would attract “millennials” including areas of living, working and playing. Items such as the opening of a Snow Park, and walking trails he hopes will aid in making this development a huge success.
