End 68 Hours of Hunger

West’s Mark Berity introduced Jen Morton and Krista Bordeleau of Nashua’s End 68 Hours of Hunger. This program puts nourishing food in the hands of school children to carry them through the weekend. Each bag of food costs $10 each week and provides two breakfasts, two lunches, and three dinners for a child, with some left over to share! The Nashua Rotary Clubs help fill the void for Christmas Vacation and April Vacation each year, when children are sent home with shopping bags full of non-perishable food, enough designed to last the entire week.
