On August 10th, Terry Williams, Program Manager – New Hampshire Center for Women & Enterprise, addressed the Rotary Club of Nashua regarding the New Hampshire Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE), located at 30 Temple St., Suite 610 Nashua, NH 03060. CWE provides opportunities for women entrepreneurs and women in business to increase professional success, personal growth, and financial Independence. CWE works at the earliest stages of starting a business. 
 
Terry emphasized their clients are not only women. CWE provides education and training programs, Technical assistance, and Women’s business enterprise certification to a variety of clients, for example in 2014:
  • 84% were women
  • 40% were minorities
  • 72% were low-to moderate-income
  • 36% were unemployed
  • 3% were disabled

On October, 22, 2014 -- Officials from the U.S. Small Business Administration and representatives from Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) have announced the selection of the Center for Women & Enterprise to establish the SBA Women’s Business Center for New Hampshire.
 
SBA District Director for New Hampshire, Greta Johansson in commenting on the selection of the CWE to operate the SBA’s Women’s Business Center for New Hampshire said  “I am excited about the selection of the CWE to operate the SBA Women’s Business Center for New Hampshire.  They currently operate three SBA Women’s Business Centers in Rhode Island, Eastern and Central Massachusetts where they have earned a very positive reputation for the quality services they provide to current and prospective women entrepreneurs. “
