New Officers and Directors inducted for 2012 - 2013

With Past President Chris Rogers presiding over the festivities, Milford Rotary Club's new officers and directors were inducted at today's club meeting. Assisting Chris were numerous past presidents including our elder statesman "Big Mel" Reever. Despite some rain drops that moved the ceremony indoors from Centennial Park, the atmosphere was rich in fellowship and goodwill as we start the 63rd year of service above self under the Milford Rotary Club banner.

A rousing round of applause signaled the club's immense appreciation for Past President Bill McNamara who is retiring as Sergeant-at-Arms after many years of service. This was followed quickly by equally enthusiastic applause (and a little sigh of relief) for Jane Lyttle as she was inducted as our new Sergeant-at-Arms.

Many thanks were extended to our "new" Past President Julie Whitcomb who will be carrying forward her dedication to Rotary as an Assistant District Governor along with Past President Doug Rupert.
