The Milford Rotary Club recently welcomed Chad Zingales as its newest member. Past President and Chief Fine Mater Steve Desmarais presided over the induction ceremony and had the honor of pinning Chad.

Zingales, a Hollis resident, is well known throughout the Souhegan Valley as the multi-talented Director of Operations at the Amherst Country Club. He is a principal partner in the group that, along with the Golf and Ski Warehouse, brought the two-day Greater New England Golf Expo to the Radisson in Manchester this past February.

In addition to his day job, Zingales is a professional comedian and can often be found on stage at a night of comedy with Laugh New England. Reflecting his lifelong enthusiasm for Halloween, Zingales is a co-creator of "The Dark Crop" Haunted Corn Maze held each October at Lavoie's Farm in Hollis.

Zingales has worked closely with the Milford Rotary Club for many years. He was honored last September as a Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of his dedicated service to the club’s annual 100 Holes of Golf In One Day Tournament. At that time, Club President Cynthia Dokmo summed up the spirit of Milford Rotary this way, “We contribute to the community in a meaningful way and have a great time in the process.” Needless to say, we are all looking forward to regular doses of Chad's humor .....but watch out, he is known to be a prankster as well!
