In memoriam - William Ferguson III (Years of Rotary service 1952-2014)

Milford Rotary lost a dear friend and dedicated member on June 18th with the death of William "Fergie" Ferguson. World War II veteran, "Rambling Reporter" and dedicated community volunteer, Bill lived a life of service above self.  To read more about Fergie's life and exploits, click here.

 
Bon vonage to Jenny - 2014 Inbound Rotary Exchange student
On June 10th, Phatsuda Somsuk (aka Jenny), our 2014 inbound Rotary Exchange Student,  headed to Boston for her trip home.to Pak Kret (city) Nonthaburi (province) Thailand. Jenny had a fantastic year here in the Souhegan Valley. Milford Rotary very fortunate to have such an outstanding young women participate in the Rotary Youth Exchange and we hope she will visit again. To see the photos and read the full story, click here.
 
June Induction Ceremony
Once again Past President Chris Rogers presided over the annual induction of our club's officers and directors. As Chris noted "I have done this 23 or 24 times and am honored each time I am asked (to conduct the induction ceremony)."  The atmosphere was rich in fellowship and goodwill as we start the 65th year of Service Above Self under the Milford Rotary Club banner.

Pure Water for The World (PWW) announces October trip to Haiti

Some of the highlights of the trip include - touring PWW's training facility in Port Au Prince, traveling to rural areas to view PWW's work first-hand, visiting homes and schools where PWW is engaged, and assisting with filter installations in homes or schools. For more information, click here.
