Who starred as Cat Woman in the 1967 TV season of Batman? And for the extra point, who starred as The Joker? No....wait those weren't questions Thursday night! (Answers on the next page)
Bravo to the Alternative Facts!!
Milford Rotary sponsored four teams at the 4th Annual Greater Souhegan Trivia Night challenge! Once again, our brilliant Alternative Facts were triumphant ....kinda,sorta.....in their tie for 5th place with a team called "And In Last Place"! 37 teams participated this year and that is nearly a tripling of participation since the first year of this event. Alternative Facts team members included Tom Grella, David Sturm, Greg King, Tom Young, Carrie Young, and Anne Tarry. They were rock stars earning 39 points.
Milford Rotary teams included The Pumpkin Heads, The Round Abouts, and Sistas & Brothas!
With 33 points, the Pumpkin Heads tied for 11th place alongside the Milford Police Department's Sweet Heat and the team from Souhegan Valley Dental.
Our newest team came out swinging! 30 points got them into a tie for 14th place with the "Whatever We Want To Put In There" team.
And at the table of holiness, we had Sistas & Brothas in all their habit & collar fineness and giving a nod to the recent Barbie craz with Bro Ken! Perhaps that nod also reflected Scott's recent shoulder surgeries as he still may be feeling a bit broken. Speedy recovery Scott...golf season is here! Sistas & Brothas's 29 points earned them a tie with the "Smartinis" and the "Swashbuckers". Their creative garb put them in the running with "The Swans" for finest attire and spirit of the event.
These Swans may have landed in 18th (last) place with 23 points, but those fascinators scored a huge #1 in fashionable attire!
