As has become a Club Tradition, the annual Christmas Tree fundraiser kicks off in high style the weekend before Thanksgiving with the sales lot set-up on Saturday and the tree delivery on Sunday. The online reservation and sales options are already active at MIlfordRotaryTrees.org . In-person sales starts at 9AM sharp the day after Thanksgiving (Friday, Nov. 24th). Hopefully, with the quality and price point of our trees combined with the community's continued support and goodwill for our service. we'll be sold out by December 10th!
Many thanks to Susan Robert and Fred Lozier for loaning us their parking lot!! The Frederick's Pastries parking lot at 109 Route 101A in Amherst is a fabulous location for this fundraiser. And a big shout-out to Naji at Naji's Pizza who graciously shares his "facilities" when needed and collaborates with parking in the back of the lot.

A message from your 2023 (41st annual) Tree Committee:
"Given recent experience and the price and quality of our trees, your Christmas tree committee is optimistic that we will sell out in about two weeks. Which means you have a short window to fulfill your assignment.
Everyone is expected to support the project by helping with set-up or delivery, selling trees, being a cashier, and helping with takedown:
- Three shifts are required; one must be on a weekend and only one shift during Week 3
- You are responsible for finding a replacement if you cannot make your shift
- Rotarian sign-ups are ready to go NOW on ClubRunner. The deadline for choosing your three shifts is November 15th. The committee will assign shifts to everyone who does not choose three dates by November 15th
- You are responsible for finding a sub if you cannot make your shift
We already have 12 SHS football team members to help when the trees are delivered, and we expect more from the MHS teams and activities. Interactors from SHS and MHS will also help us on the other shifts."
