All proceeds from the sale of the ornament benefit the Centennial Park maintenance.

 

Centennial Park ornaments are available for purchase.  The face of the ornament shows the Elm Street entrance to the park and the back depicts the Rotary Emblem.  Proceeds from the sale of the ornaments will be used to maintain the park and its gardens. 

To order, print the form and forward to the Milford Rotary Centennial Park.  Print additional forms if ornaments are to be shipped to more than one address.
