C-SPAN coming to Milford Rotary

The "Wildcard" meeting scheduled for February 10th is shaping up to be one of our most memorable gatherings in 2016!
C-SPAN representatives, La'Shawna Saint-Preux and Vanessa Torres, will be Milford Rotary Club's featured speakers on Wed February 10th. In addition to their informative presentation, the C-SPAN bus will be on-site and available for tours. If you plan to bring a guest or join us to make-up a Rotary meeting, please let President Cynthia know in advance.
"The C-SPAN Bus is an interactive, multi-media learning center that brings C-SPAN’s coverage of public affairs to communities nationwide and teaches students, teachers and the public how to follow Washington Your Way. Click here to watch the Bus in action! Aboard the C-SPAN Bus, visitors are invited to learn about C-SPAN’s Campaign 2016 coverage through a campaign app which allows visitors to explore potential presidential candidates, events, and footage from the campaign trail. In addition, through interactive exhibits, students and educators will learn about the public affairs network’s programs and resources, including its in-depth coverage of the U.S. Congress, White House, federal courts, and the American political process."
