In three words - "A GREAT success!"

A number of our guests took the time to say thank-you on Facebook and tell us what a wonderful time and great meal they enjoyed, and how appreciative they are of our efforts! As N.G. from Amherst wrote "Thank you all for the wonderful lunch. From the people who greeted us in the parking lot, to the servers (all so friendly and polite), to the servers and the entertainment…..everything was great. A great time today, and so very much appreciated.”

This event was a wonderful way to recognize May as Older Americans Month. The OAM theme this year is "Age My Way", an opportunity for everyone to explore the many ways older adults can remain in and be involved with their communities. The goal is to foster discussions about how planning, participation, accessibility, and making connections all play a role in aging in place – emphasizing that what each person needs and prefers is unique. Needless to say, the annual Milford Rotary Chicken BBQ for Seniors continues to be a great gathering for making connections
