100 Holes 2017 Kick-Off

On the eve of the Masters at Augusta National, Milford Rotarians kicked-off their march to the 23rd annual 100 Holes of Golf In One Day Tournament to be held July 28, 2017 at the Amherst Country Club. This is the Milford Rotary's largest fundraiser each year. As Co-chair Marc Chareth noted "Over 2/3rds of the $100,000 Milford Rotary donates each year to non-profits and in scholarships is raised by this event." Funds are raised primarily through the sale of raffle tickets for a chance to win one of 10 cash prizes totaling $12,500. Pictured below is the 2017 Golf Committee. Buried in the center of this "wild and crazy" group is Alec Buchanan who has been a Golf committee member since the beginning 23 years ago.
