To recognize the 100th Anniversary of Rotary International, the Milford Rotary Club created the Milford Rotary Club Centennial Park.  Ground breaking took place March 2005 on the grounds of the Milford Community House.  The old deteriorating tennis courts were replaced with a beautiful, professionally landscaped park for the entire community to enjoy.  Formal dedication of the park took place on June 29, 2006.

Rotary worked with Simpson Landscaping to create a park to commemorate Milford Rotarians who have given to the community for over 60 years, and to honor Rotary International's 100th Celebration.  The park is visually beautiful and welcoming to the community.  The  completed park includes a series of gardens with trees, shrubs, and flowering plants along with park benches, lamp posts, and in keeping with the Milford tradition, inscribed brick walkways.  The center of the park features the Rotary emblem.  The inscribed bricks reserved around the center emblem, honor past and present Rotarians. Engraved bricks in the other walkways have been inscribed to specific requests.

We are indebted to our original "Park Committee" each of whom worked tirelessly to assure the success of this "build project" and the future value of this park to our Cub and Community.
