President's Lawn Party

The dinner will be on September 9th around 5- 5:30. 
Lisa G, will be catering this event! The Club will provide beer, wine, soft drinks and desserts. 
There is no charge to members and guests. 
Sign up sheets will go around at our weekly meetings. 
Please let us know how many will attend so we can let the caterer know. 
We need able bodied people to help with tables and chairs starting at 4:00. Let Jeanne Hanlon know if you can help with set-up. And of course, we'll need help with clean-up.
This event replaces our weekly noontime meeting.
