Merrimack Rotary Hosts Electronics Recycling Fundraiser - June 1, 2024

MERRIMACK, NH - The Merrimack Rotary Club will host an Electronics Recycling Fundraiser on Saturday, June 1, 2024 (always first Saturday in June) from 8am - 12pm at the Merrimack Town Hall (6 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack). The proceeds support rewarding scholarships and impactful community projects in town and beyond.

Recycling as easy as 1, 2, 3!
(1) Drive up.
(2) Pay the recycling fee assessed by the Club volunteers as per posted fee schedule.
(3) Drop off. No need to get out of the car – we unload!
 
ANYTHING ELECTRONIC! ~ Unused business or household electronics ~ Working or Non-Working ~ Items or Parts
 
Your privacy is protected! All items containing data are being kept secured until destroyed.
 
Guaranteed: A 95% recycling rate. Components disassembled and RECYCLED and, most importantly, not ending up in landfills.
 
Fee Schedule as follows (unchanged since 2021):
 
Telephones, Smartboards, Cables, Hard-Drivers (if pre-removed from computers), Handheld Video Games, Small speakers, Calculators, Answering Machines, Keyboards, Mice -- $5
 
Radios, Stereos, CD/DVD/Blue Ray, Modems, Cameras, Electronic Typewriters, Cell Phones, Tablets, or iPads -- $10
 
Computers, Laptops, Projectors, Fax machines, Copiers, Printers, Servers, Vacuums, Game Consoles, VCRs -- $20
 
Televisions under 27”, Monitors, Flat Screens under 27”, Dehumidifiers, Microwaves, Large Speakers -- $25
 
Tube TVs, TVs 27” and over, Air Conditioners -- $35
 
TV or Stereo Wood Consoles & Projection TVs, Very Large Speakers -- $50
 
DO NOT bring for disposal: smoke detectors, oils, paints, thinners, batteries, tires, items containing mercury-such as fluorescent, CFL light bulbs and other types of light bulbs, thermometers, capacitors, ballasts, or any other hazardous waste, toxic waste or unlisted items.

Please note: The Rotary Club of Merrimack reserves the right to refuse to accept at their sole discretion any item which may be presented for electronic disposal during the Club's fundraising event. It is also the sole responsibility and financial liability of any such presenting party to completely remove any such unaccepted object(s) from the event’s site immediately upon refusal of acceptance by the Club.

Founded in 1971, the Rotary Club of Merrimack is a volunteer organization of business people and professionals supporting the community.
