Lobster Feast
The Keene Rotary Club’s annual “Lobster Feast” fundraiser raffle is held during late spring.
This fundraiser nets approximately $6,000 which is used for the Club’s many charitable causes. Tickets are $5 each and each Rotarian is given 20 tickets to sell.
First prize: A lobster (or steak) feast dinner for 20 (the winner and 19 guests) with everything from soup to nuts, so to speak, prepared and served by Rotarians. The 1st prize winner chooses a location for this function at anywhere within Cheshire County. The Rotary Club provides a tent, tables, linens and chairs and then cooks, serves and cleans up after the function.
Second and third prizes: All the fixings for a lobster (or steak) dinner for 10 delivered to the winner’s home.
