Rick Macklin, managing partner at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Bedford, recently spoke at Bedford Rotary. Bedford Carrabba's restaurant, at 2 Upjohn St. off South River Road, is successful largely due to the professionism of Macklin, who has had the reins since 2017. He credits the success to his assembled management team, the restaurant's tried and true business model and its caring staff.
