YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES - AN UPDATE

An excellent presentation on the current state of the organization. Started in the late 1990's when Peter Marshman OAM saw how a simple management tool was helping employees go beyond their limits, uncover hidden strengths and step into opportunities they never thought possible.
Youth Opportunities Association (SA) Inc, was established to equip young people, especially those facing disadvantage, with the skills, confidence and hope to make positive choices, break cycles of hardships and build brighter futures.
Today the Personal Leadership program has touched the lives of almost 15,000 young people and partnered with over 80 schools and organisations across Metro and Regional SA.
The Strategic Plan for 2025/27 is about renewal, deepening commitment to the young people who need help and refining programs to meet the challenges they and their communities face.
The Rotary Club of Hyde Park has supported Youth Opportunities over a long period of time and intend to continue that relationship.
