The Rotary Rocks #50 and #28 competed in an Enduro race at Hawkeye Downs Saturday, Nov. 2. Drivers won an auction to be able to drive the cars. Roger Flink and Tom Barnes drove the Rotary Rocks #50 and Harrison Barnes drove the #28 car. 200 laps that went both directions. Proceeds went primarily to the Club’s “Shoes for Kids” program. The comments heard so far are, "It was a hoot!" Thanks to Jeff Selfridge for making this possible. Jeff supplied the #50 car as well as the support to get it there and keep it running. A friend supplied the #28 car to expand opportunities to drive. Jeff also announced the race to the racers, support volunteers and spectators. It was cold. It was windy. It was fun.
