On August 31, the Club met at the new Marion Y and Community Center. Bob Carlson gave us a tour of the facility which is very open with glass separating the major areas of the building. After the formal tour, Bob gave a few of us the Tom Tour which focused on the state of the art mechanical systems that keep the building functioning, the water for each pool at selected temperatures, humidity under control, and the heating, air conditioning and ventilation of the building comfortable. Not to mention the entry pavement dry and safe.
