Wendy has a BA in history from the University of Iowa and was head teacher/trainer in a language school in Japan where she organized and coordinated ESL and Spanish classes for nearly six years. Wendy earned a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) diploma from the International Learning Centres in 1997. She also completed a training course of “The Orton-Gillingham Method of Teaching Reading” in 2007 to teach student with learning difficulties. Wendy was a volunteer tutor at CMC before her hire in May of 2006.
