While weather was threatening and workers were few, Marion-East Cedar Rapids Rotary and its "Shoes for Kids" project was again represented in the 2018 Swamp Fox Festival Parade in Marion. Thanks to the families and kids who helped make this possible. With all the candy along the parade route, there are a number of kiddos who should consider skipping Trick or Treating this year.
