Mike Tiernan another PHF

Just because a Rotarian has a Paul Harris Fellowship,  our members believe in the work of the Rotary Foundation and continue to support that good work. Mike Tiernan, a Past President of the Club received his third increment of PHF recognition (PHF+2) on March 1, 2016. Thank you Mike for helping to support many projects around the world and locally.
