Mayor's highlight includes work by Rotarian Barnes

For the twentieth year the Rotary Club of Marion East sponsored the League of Woman Voters State of the City address.  Mayor Snooks made special mention of new artwork at Lowe Park constructed by Barnes Manufacturing.
