Families living in Marion Cares neighborhoods (or referred by MISD staff) can pick up their selected coat/snow gear, winter essentials, and enjoy a fun evening of trick-or-treating.
We are still looking for:
- Business Sponsors
- Church Groups, Businesses & Individuals to decorate trunks, host games, or bring activities
- Photographers to capture the fun

Backpack to School Success
Marion Cares equipped 741 students from 360 families in the Marion Independent and Linn-Mar school districts with backpacks filled with school supplies.

Back to School Bash – August 12 (290 students served)

Both events featured more than just backpacks — free haircuts, dental and vision screenings, shoes, meals, a bike giveaway, and a community resource fair.
