You can be rewarded if you take a chance on when the cart will break through the ice or takes on water as Spring finally makes its presence. For $10 you can get two chances each day to win. You can buy an entry from a Marion-East Cedar Rapids Rotarian. The entry card has a time down to the minute when a clock on board the golf cart stops due to water getting into it. The clock will stop at a time for example 5:32. If you have that time AM or PM, you can get 50% of the money raised less expenses. There are only 720 entries available, about the same number of Rotarians in in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area.
