I am sending this open invitation to the entire MECR membership to let you all know of the upcoming Board Retreat/Meeting Thursday 7-22-21 at Indian Creek Country Club.
This past year we met on the 4th Thursday of the month, and I want to continue that schedule (old dog old tricks) for continuity. The first board meeting will also serve as our retreat to talk about this year and some of the plans for fundraisers and what possible service projects we should look into.
We will meet from 5:15 pm until 6:15 pm at Indian Creek Country Club, Chester has graciously accepted my request to use his facility as our retreat location. If you would like to add your input for the coming year please attend, if you are interested in becoming more involved, or want to know more about being a board member also attend.
We will have a few cold refreshments and snacks to kick off the 2021-22 Rotary year. Please RSVP by 5 pm on Monday 7-19-21 if you wish to attend so we have an idea of whom to expect.
