Thank you to all that could participate in our first "virtual" gathering on April 7. It was great to gather in the name of Rotary for some fellowship and catch up with our friends.
In the spirit of "the Little Club that does BIG things", it was great to have three members of our Downtown Club join our online meeting. Downtown President Bill Courter, Executive Director Christine Crosby, and our good friend Barb Randall participated to see how the virtual meeting would work. Hopefully to help them decide how they were going to organize and facilitate their upcoming meetings. I think it it was beneficial to all concerned.
The plan is to have additional "Virtual" meetings in the future to keep our Club connected and engaged as much as possible during this turbulent time. Be on the lookout for communication from top leadership for dates and times.
Thanks again for those that were able to join in, while it does not replace in-person interaction, it was great to see all the faces and hear the voices of our Club members.
